At Darussalam PK, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

  Ship the Item

  Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it back to our fulfillment center using a traceable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
